Privacy Policy

1. General regulations

1.1.This document is an integral part of the Offer and explains how Seller collects, uses, protects and discloses Buyer’s personal data in connection with the use of the Site.

1.2. Processing of the Buyer’s personal data is carried out on the following grounds: conclusion of a transaction (to fulfill the terms of the Offer, in particular to sell the Buyer the Goods he/she has chosen or to manage inquiries and orders); consent of the Buyer (to send promotional materials or for other marketing purposes. The Buyer may withdraw its consent at any time).

1.3. The Buyer agrees to this Privacy Policy by accepting the terms of the Offer and/or by checking the “I accept the Privacy Policy” option and/or by continuing to use the Site. In case of disagreement with the terms, the Buyer must stop using the Site.

1.4. The Buyer grants the Seller a perpetual and gratuitous right to collect, process and use its personal data in any manner (including by automated means, placement of personal data in databases (without further notice), lifetime storage, accumulation, possession, storage, updating, modification as necessary, use and dissemination, blocking, depersonalization, destruction of data, inclusion in a filing cabinet) and in any way, such as verbally, in writing or electronically.

1.5. The Buyer consents to receive news about the products, including in the format of regular updates, as well as to receive advertising and informational messages on the use of phone number and other communication data, which are entered by the Buyer on the Site indefinitely. The Buyer has the right to opt out of receiving promotional and informational messages at any time through a written request to the Seller.

1.6. Processing and use of Buyer’s personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data” No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010.

1.7. Personal data is transferred, stored and used on the territory of Ukraine and where the Seller’s servers and databases are located.

2. Information gathering

2.1. The Seller shall have the right to collect, process and store any information that the Buyer provides when using the Site. If the Buyer provides the Seller with the personal data of third parties, the Buyer confirms that it has previously received permission from the relevant third parties to transfer their personal data to the Seller to the extent and for the purposes provided for in this Policy, in particular for sending marketing materials to such third parties by the Seller.

2.2. The source of personal data collection is the information directly and voluntarily provided by the Buyer. The Seller collects several types of information to fulfill the terms of the offer and improve the operation of the Site. Such information is not limited to, but includes: name, e-mail address, contact phone number, other communication data of the Buyer, passport data, registration number of the taxpayer’s account card, date of birth (provided they are provided for the purposes defined by applicable law), data regarding the pages visited.

2.3. The Seller shall have the right to verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the Buyer in any lawful manner. The Buyer’s personal data shall include any information identifying or identifying a natural person, as well as any other data that are subject to protection in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and became known to the Seller as a result of the activity or inactivity of the Buyer.

2.4. The purpose of personal data processing is: to fulfill the terms of the Offer, including processing of Orders, managing the Buyer’s requests and ensuring delivery of goods; identification of the Buyer for the proper performance of obligations to him; analyzing and improving the work of the Site; providing information and advertising messages, including news about products, promotions and other marketing materials, based on the consent of the Buyer.

2.5. Seller may allow third parties, such as advertising and/or analytics service providers, to collect information using any lawful technology directly from the Site. The Seller may share anonymized information (data that does not identify Buyers separately) with third party service providers in order to better understand what products, services and advertisements may be of interest to Buyers and to improve the quality and efficiency of the Site. The Buyer agrees that the Seller has the right to transfer the Buyer’s personal data to third parties to ensure the fulfillment of civil, economic, administrative and tax obligations. The Seller may transfer to third parties the personal data provided by the Buyer to fulfill the terms of the Offer (including delivery service providers, payment services, etc.). The Buyer consents to such transfer and will not claim any type of compensation in connection with this.

2.6.Buyers who have registered an Account may access their data, modify or delete information provided to the Seller to the extent provided for by the technical capabilities of the Site.

2.7. The Buyer is responsible for the correctness, accuracy and timeliness of the data. In case of changes in the data, the Buyer is obliged to update them via the Account or by contacting the Seller.

3. Responsibility

3.1. The Buyer agrees and acknowledges that the Seller is not liable for violation of the Buyer’s rights and legitimate interests related to his personal data, if such violation occurred through no fault of the Seller. The Seller takes technical measures to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute security on the Internet due to external factors.

3.2. The Buyer undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of its personal data and immediately notify the Seller of the loss of its personal data.

4. Buyer’s right

4.1. The Buyer has the right to access his/her personal data, to request their correction, deletion or restriction of processing, as well as other rights in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

4.2. To exercise its rights, the Buyer may contact the Seller by e-mail at info@washservice.ua.

5. Other provisions

5.1. The Seller reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new edition comes into effect from the moment of its publication on the website.

5.2. Continued use of the Site after the changes are made means that the Buyer automatically agrees to the updated terms of the Policy.

5.3. In case of disagreement with the new version of the Policy, the Buyer is obliged to stop using the Site.
